Chilli Non Carne
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 - 2 Large Onions Chopped
 - 2 tbsp Ground Cumin
 - 1 tsp Chipolte Chillis
 - .5 tsp Chilli Flakes
 - 1 Tin ChickPeas
 - 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
 - 3 Tins Plum tomatoes
 - 1 Tin Black Beans
 - 1 Tin Red Kidney Beans
 - 1 Sqaure Dark Chocolate
 - 1 Pint Vegetable Stock
 
Instructions
- Drain the Chickpeas and chop into fine pieces, texture size to taste.1 Tin ChickPeas, 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 - Heat 2 tbsp of Oil and fry the onions until browned.2 Large Onions
 - Add the chickpeas and fry for a few minutes.1 Tin ChickPeas
 - Add Spices and Salt & Pepper and fry for 2 mins2 tbsp Ground Cumin, 1 tsp Chipolte Chillis, .5 tsp Chilli Flakes, 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
 - Add Plum Tomatoes, Black Beans, Kidney Beans and Dark Chocolate, fry for a couple of minutes.3 Tins Plum tomatoes, 1 Tin Black Beans, 1 Tin Red Kidney Beans, 1 Sqaure Dark Chocolate
 - Add Vegetable Stock and cook for 20mins.1 Pint Vegetable Stock

This recipe freezes very well, ideally in individual portions.
