Drain the Chickpeas and chop into fine pieces, texture size to taste.
1 Tin ChickPeas, 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Heat 2 tbsp of Oil and fry the onions until browned.

Add the chickpeas and fry for a few minutes.

Add Spices and Salt & Pepper and fry for 2 mins
2 tbsp Ground Cumin, 1 tsp Chipolte Chillis, .5 tsp Chilli Flakes, 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
Add Plum Tomatoes, Black Beans, Kidney Beans and Dark Chocolate, fry for a couple of minutes.
3 Tins Plum tomatoes, 1 Tin Black Beans, 1 Tin Red Kidney Beans, 1 Sqaure Dark Chocolate
Add Vegetable Stock and cook for 20mins.
