  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Large Onions Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chipolte Chillis
  • .5 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 Tin ChickPeas
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 3 Tins Plum tomatoes
  • 1 Tin Black Beans
  • 1 Tin Red Kidney Beans
  • 1 Sqaure Dark Chocolate
  • 1 Pint Vegetable Stock


  • Drain the Chickpeas and chop into fine pieces, texture size to taste.
    1 Tin ChickPeas, 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Heat 2 tbsp of Oil and fry the onions until browned.
    2 Large Onions
  • Add the chickpeas and fry for a few minutes.
    1 Tin ChickPeas
  • Add Spices and Salt & Pepper and fry for 2 mins
    2 tbsp Ground Cumin, 1 tsp Chipolte Chillis, .5 tsp Chilli Flakes, 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • Add Plum Tomatoes, Black Beans, Kidney Beans and Dark Chocolate, fry for a couple of minutes.
    3 Tins Plum tomatoes, 1 Tin Black Beans, 1 Tin Red Kidney Beans, 1 Sqaure Dark Chocolate
  • Add Vegetable Stock and cook for 20mins.
    1 Pint Vegetable Stock
